I thought it was just one of those things they’d say to any customer, but around 9:30 Marie called and let me know that the car would be ready in about 20 minutes! Wow! So they DID go their best! Not only that Marie took great care to call me ahead of time do that, wherever I was, I’ve able able to make it back to the dealership to pick up my car, without wasting an extra minute! I was so impressed! I felt valued as a customer. I felt that they really valued my time.
When I came back, Marie directed me to the next counter to pick up my keys. The next person who gave me back my keys knew who I was right away and what I needed without my even having to say anything.
